Privacy overview

This page is maintained by FT-Meridian to answer common privacy questions about the FT-Meridian platform. It is a plain-language summary — not a legal document — and it will be replaced by a full privacy policy on request.

What we collect

When you use FT-Meridian we collect information you provide directly (account details, workspace and property information, uploaded trial balances and budgets), information generated by using the product (usage events, audit trail entries), and standard technical information from your browser (IP address, device and browser type).

How we use it

We use the information you upload solely to produce the reports, KPIs, and board packs you configure in your workspace, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer trial-balance data to train third-party models.

Access controls

Access to your workspace is restricted to members you invite. Property-level controls let you scope access to specific properties. All access is logged in the in-app audit trail.

Subprocessors

FT-Meridian relies on a small number of infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the service (hosting, database, email delivery, and AI commentary). A current list of subprocessors is available on request at privacy@meridian.reporting.

Data retention & deletion

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. On written request to privacy@meridian.reporting we will export or delete your workspace data within a reasonable period.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Privacy requests

To exercise a privacy right (access, correction, export, deletion), or to report a security concern, email privacy@meridian.reporting.
