Terms of use
This page is maintained by FT-Meridian as a plain-language summary of the terms under which the FT-Meridian platform is offered. A signed master services agreement will govern paid deployments and takes precedence over this summary.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions of members you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to upload data you don't have rights to, to attempt to access other workspaces, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Your data
You retain ownership of everything you upload. We process it on your behalf to produce the reports and KPIs configured in your workspace, as described in the privacy overview.
Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Formal availability commitments, where offered, are set out in the signed agreement for your workspace.
AI-generated content
The commentary and forecasts produced by the platform are generated by AI models from the data you upload. They are decision-support artefacts and should be reviewed by a qualified member of your finance team before being circulated.
Fees & cancellation
Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms are set out in the order form or signed agreement for your workspace. Free trials, where offered, end automatically unless converted to a paid plan.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators before they take effect.
